Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We planned the establishment of myasthenia gravis-related antibody using Gaussia luciferase lmmunoprecipitation (GLIP), different from the conventional RIA method.MuSK antibody assay was successful as well as the conventional method, however, we could not detect AChR antibody sufficiently.We also set up cell-based assay in corporation with University of Oxford.
