Outline of Final Research Achievements	Cryoablation for renal cell carcinoma has been widespread in Japan. However recurrent rate is higher than that of partial nephrectomy due to thermal sink effect. Thus, we compared cryoablation of kidney under occlusion of renal artery to normal cryoablation. The mean radius of ice ball of cryoablation under occlusuon of renal artery and under free flow of renal artery are 1.7±0.06 mm and 1.2±0.12mm, respectively.The difference is statistically significant. Complete cell death was observed lower than - 20℃.
