Outline of Final Research Achievements

We tried to start patch clamping in a new laboratory where no one did patch clamping, therefore, it was difficult to record IKs channel activity precisely due to electric noises. However, we established a good recording conditoin with replacement of experiment devices and appropriate selection of supply cables. Additionally, we ordered cDNAs for expression of IKs chanel on culture cells.
