Research Abstract |
Results from the phenotype of BBN induced bladder carcinogenesis model, protein and gene expression analysis of bladder cancer cell lines, and results from protein expression analysis and immunohistochemical study in TXNIP knock out mice. We suggest that TXNIP-ARRB2 pathway related to bladder carcinogenesis, invasion through the expression adjustment of E cadherin.
