Research Abstract

Hyperangiogenesis has not been a role of resistance to tyrosine-kinase inhibitor in renal cell carcinoma. Cross-talk with Hyperangiogenesis and microenvironment might be a key mechanism of resistance to tyrosine-kinase inhibitor in renal cell carcinoma. The resistance has been reversible reaction.
Thus, novel therapeutic strategies are really needed for resolving resistance to tyrosine-kinase inhibitor such as approaching to tumor-microenvironment and combination therapy with others.
