Outline of Final Research Achievements

We tried to design the treatment strategy of patients with diabetic macular edema. We accumulated clinical data of diabetic macular edema patients for analysis treatment effect for long time. Especially, we evaluated the efficacy of treatment diabetic macular edema with difluprednate ophthalmic emulsion 0.05%. The mean retinal thickness was decreased significantly. These data demonstrate steroid eye drop treatment is a safe and effective treatment modality for diabetic macular edema.
