Outline of Final Research Achievements	In plastic surgery,free fat graft is very genaraland very important,for example,reconstruction of carcinoma,trauma,cosmetic surgery.But it is very seruous problem that graft survival is low,so repeat surgery is required. We examined effective fat graft method that we use wrapped fat model of fascia.
