Outline of Final Research Achievements

Oral cancer cells clock gene (Clock, Bmal, Period2, Cry) were measured by RT-PCR revealed development cycle Cry alone.
6 weeks old BALB/c-nu nude mice transplanted oral squamous cell carcinoma cell lines、There was no obvious expression of the clock gene (Cry) was measured by RT-PCR expression cycle.
