Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study focused on nurse administrators (head nurses or directors) and their generativity in the workplace. Analysis of interview data suggested three categories: “nurse administrators to take care of their nurses and patients, consistently,” “nurse administrators to realize to the nursing as the organization by their nurses’ practice,” and “nurse administrators to include intrinsic values in their nursing practice.” The next study will attempt at developing a generativity scale for nurses.
