Outline of Final Research Achievements

This study demonstrated the importance of social capital for health and health-related behaviors among community dwelling people. Furthermore, it is suggested that social capital in the workplace can improve health-related behaviors and prevent turnover on workers. In summary, it is important to develop social capital not only on region but also on workplace to maintain and improve health on the local residents.
