Research Abstract |
We have established four kinds of patient derived tumor tissue (PDTT) xenograft model of prostate cancer (KUCaP-1,-2,-3,-4). Our aim was to identify new biomarker for prostate cancer using PDTT xenograft model. We especially focused on KUCaP-3, which forms cyst containing high density tumor origin proteins. High sensitivity mass spectrometry analysis identified some kinds of biomarker candidate proteins. We are planning to investigate their function.
