Outline of Research at the Start |
The specific objectives of this study are to (1) estimate microbial losses from erosion globally through metadata analysis; (2) investigate soil erosion's role in microbial erosion and transport in across three contrasting climatic regions in Ethiopian watershed; (3) study experimentally how soil microorganisms influence soil properties, plant growth, and erosion dynamics; and (4) enhance erosion models by integrating new microbial factors.
