本研究は，レジストを塗布した基板上にステンシルマスクを重ねたものを汎用SEM 内に設置し露光する簡易的な電子線リソグラフィプロセスの開発を目的とする．密着露光の光リソグラフィでは不可能なサブミクロンサイズの露光を汎用SEM とステンシルマスクのみで実施する．既存の汎用装置を利用することから，価格面での障壁が低く，光リソグラフィの密着露光のような簡便さで電子線リソグラフィが可能となることを目指す．
