大麻幻覚成分THCの構造類事態であるHHCについて、その摂取を証明するために尿中からの代謝物並びに未変化体の検出を試みる。代謝等についてはTHCとの類似も予想されるが、構造のわずかな違いから主要代謝経路が異なることは他の薬物等でも知られていることであるため、HHCの摂取証明法の構築から始め、代謝経路の詳細及び他のカンナビノイドとの類似点や差異について検証を行う。
