ベネトクラクスは急性骨髄性白血病患者、慢性リンパ性白血病にとって重要な経口抗がん薬である。日本人における、より適正なベネトクラクス血中濃度、投与量の設定を目的として、有効性や有害反応発現率とトラフ値、AUCとの相関性について解析を行う。〔1〕ベネトクラクスの血中濃度に影響を与える因子の探索〔2〕AUCとベネトクラクス血中濃度トラフ値との相関性についても検討し、トラフ値測定の意義を検討する。
