Outline of Research at the Start

本研究はガバナンスのための倫理的統制をガバナンス型倫理と呼び、これが日常生活に深く浸透しつつある高度セキュリティ社会で自由やプライバシーの意識がどのように変容したか明らかにし、将来的に自由・寛容を促進する情報倫理のあり方を研究する。1990年代以降、安全・安心の実現を目指して社会が大きく変わり、日常的に私たちは倫理的統制を受け入れるようになった。その中で私たちの自由やプライバシーの意識は大きく変わった可能性がある。本研究は、過去の意識調査データの2次分析と歴史的研究によって意識の変容を検討し、将来に向けて自由を発展させる情報倫理と、それにもとづくテクノロジーや教育のあり方を考察する。
