Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、ウクライナとその周辺国を対象地域として、政教関係や宗教的実践がウクライナ戦争下でどのように再編・新生・変容しつつあるのかを明らかにする。その目的を達成するため、(1)政教関係の再編成、(2)宗教コミュニティの新生・変容、(3)戦争のコメモレーション(記念・顕彰行為)という三つのテーマを設定する。本研究では、信仰共同体・教義・儀礼のみを考察対象とするのではなく、戦争を遂行する国家そのものが帯びる宗教性に着目する必要があるという認識のもと、(1)は宗教社会学、戦争社会学のアプローチ、(2)は人類学、地域研究のアプローチ、(3)は宗教学、歴史学、文学のアプローチと複合的な手法を採る。
