Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、A)代表者の所属する東京文化財研究所にすでに収蔵されている戦後芸術の資料アーカイブズ、B)画廊やアートスペースなどの組織のアーカイブズ、C)作家個人のアーカイブズといった大きく三つに分類される特徴的な資料群を対象とし、その救出、調査分析、修復保存、機関への収蔵手続き、デジタル化、データベース作成と公開、出版など一連の作業を行う。そして、そのプロセスをケーススタディとして公開しながら、今後における日本の戦後芸術資料のアーカイブとその活用による学術的方法論の新たな可能性を提起していく。
