Outline of Research at the Start

本研究課題は、理論言語学と言語類型論の視点から受影性の内実を明らかにし、その適用範囲を定め、その形態統語論的実現の通言語的共通点と相違点を明らかにする。受影性は、理論言語学においては日本語の受身文の分析をめぐって既に多くの蓄積があり、言語類型論においては他動性と関連してその形態統語論的実現がさかんに研究されている。しかしながら、この概念は、その (a) 内実 (b) 適用範囲 (c) 通言語的実現をめぐって未解決の問題がある。そこで、本研究課題では、日本語、英語、中国語、韓国語、タガログ語の専門家で共同研究を行い、理論言語学・言語類型論をつなぎ、双方に貢献することを目指す。
