Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、国衙（律令国家が列島各国の統治のために置いた機関）の統治技術を蓄積・継承して在地領主（地域社会を基盤とする領主）となった在庁官人（国衙の構成員）を国衙系領主と把握する。そのうえで、彼らが作成・集積した文書とその本拠（支配拠点）の具体相を追究し、国衙系領主が有した統治技術の内実と彼らの実態を究明する。その際、統治技術の内実を多面的に追究するべく、本研究では文献史学・考古学・美術史学・民俗学・歴史地理学等の研究者からなる学際研究チームを組織し、総合的研究として進める。
