Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、災害への対応という視点から清代史研究を進めていくことを目指す。そのために清朝中央政府、地方政府、地域社会の人々が災害にどのように対応したのかを、様々な地域を対象にして実証的に論じていく。そしてその成果を総合して近世から近代にかけての災害対応の基調とその変化について分析する。またアジア諸地域との比較も並行して行うことで、清代における災害対応の特質や、他の地域との共通点などを議論していく。
