Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では政治的変革期である殷文化における日常的な土器利用と穀物調理の関係について、土器使用痕分析や火処の集成、実験、民族誌、多様な理化学分析を活用して明らかにする。４年間の研究期間において、①土器利用方法と火処の関係解明、②調理対象となる穀物の解明の２課題を設定し、2024・2025年度を基礎作業と分析、2026年度を個別分析の提示、2027年度を分析結果の統合と結論の構築として研究を進める。専門分野の異なる7名のメンバーが上記２課題をそれぞれ担当して分析を行い、多角的な視点から研究目的を達成していく。
