Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、欧州レベルと国内レベルの政策決定過程における、(1)国際裁判所(EU裁判所・欧州人権裁判所)と国内最上級審・憲法裁判所との間、(2)国内の政治部門と国内・国際裁判権との間の相互的影響関係を、情報技術(IT)のEUにおける規制問題を素材に、研究対象国のEUにおける重要性・代表性とを考慮して、フランス・ドイツ・イタリア・ベルギーの実証的分析・比較法的研究を行うことである。
