Outline of Research at the Start

国際連盟はこれまで第二次世界大戦が勃発したことで、失敗の烙印を押されてきた。しかしながら、１９４５年に設立された国際連合は制度的、人的側面において、国際連盟の業績を継承してきた。本研究では、国際連盟のいかなる活動が、どのような経緯を経て国際連合に継承されたのか、またどの活動が継承されなかったを探求する。さらに、この国連への移行期にあたって、いなかるアクター（国家、連盟事務局、個々の人物）がどのような役割を果たして、国際連合の設立に至ったかを解明する。
このようなテーマを探求することで、国際組織に求められる役割とその問題性を、国際関係の文脈に位置付けることができる。
