Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は大学の産学官連携担当部署や研究室を対象とする独自のアンケート・訪問調査データ、各種研究者データベース、政府統計の個票データと地域の技術・生産性データを用いて、地域イノベーションにおける大学の貢献を定量的に検証し、科学技術制度の設計に関する学術的知見を得ることを目指す。特に大学に関する制度・政策変化が研究者の研究・教育のインセンティブにどのように作用し、知識スピルオーバーや人材育成を通じて地域イノベーションにどのように影響したかをミクロ経済学の視点から考察し、大学・研究者等の多様なミクロデータを用いて定量的に検証する。大学の研究だけでなく教育・人材育成に注目するのが本研究の特徴である。
