Outline of Research at the Start

生産において労働者と企業が補完的な場合、生産性の高い企業が生産性の高い労働者を雇用することで効率的な企業と労働者のマッチングが達成される。ただし、現実的には、企業と労働者のマッチングがより非効率である可能性がある。そこで本研究の目的は、ベトナムの刺繍産業クラスターに注目し、企業と労働者のマッチングの効率性を計測した上、そのマッチング効率性の向上に寄与する要因を定量的に解明することである。
