Outline of Research at the Start

明治以降長年かけて出来上がった日本型選抜システムの長所と短所の理解を深めるために、本プロジェクトは長期効果の分析可能なデータを用いて、大学入試・就活等の日本の選抜構造が果たしている役割と問題点を定量的に分析する。具体的には、(ア)大学入試を通じた選抜、(イ)雇用を通じた選抜、(ウ)日本型選抜制度の起源という３つのテーマに対し、適切な手法を組み合わせながら定量分析する。
