Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は４年の期間が計画されている。研究の特色として、アンケートの実地に併用して実験が予定されている。したがって、本研究では、初年度に先行研究の整理と理論の精緻化、２～３年目に実験の設計とデータ収集を行う。本研究では、実験以外にアンケート調査を行う理由として、実験により因果関係の立証は可能となるが、調査対象が短期間でのチームワークを行う学部生となるため、企業への一般化に懸念が生じる。以上の点を踏まえて、企業の従業員からもアンケートを収集し、本申請の理論の一般化を図る。そのため、３～４年目にアンケートデータを収集して検証の実地予定である。
