Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，リモートワークを効果的に運用する諸条件を明らかにすることを目的とする。まず，本研究では個人レベルのテレワークの利用と効果に関連する要因を研究する。次に，チーム内においてリモートワークの効果を高める方法やプロセスを研究する。同時に，国際比較の観点からリモートワークの効果に影響を与える要因やプロセスの違いを研究し，リモートワークの理論・実践モデルを構築することを目指す。
