Outline of Research at the Start	近年、「新しい資本主義」やサステナブル経営の高まりとともに、新しいガバナンスのあり方が議論されている。本研究では、社会の長期的な持続可能性に向けたビジネスのあり方を考える上でフューチャー・デザインに着目し、「人の考え方」と組織の「仕組み」を同時かつ持続的に変革する新しいガバナンスのあり方を考察する。そして同時に、サステナブル経営やそれにより生まれる新しいガバナンスが、企業会計の契約支援機能に与える影響は必ずしも明らかでないことから、そのような新しいガバナンスが、既存の企業会計の概念に与える影響を明らかにする。
