Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、スマトラ地震の被災地インドネシア・アチェと東日本大震災被災地を研究対象とし、①震災復興事業やその後の開発に伴う土地利用の変化や階層的セグリゲーションの実態を分析し、②地球科学的な観点に立ったハザードリスクの空間分布と照応させることで、③開発と脆弱性の関係や環境変動への適応様式に関する途上国と先進国の異同を比較論的に分析することにある。さらに、④大震災へのそうした対応様式の分析を手掛かりに今後の気候変動適応に関する示唆や、防災と環境政策を統合的に捉えるための理論的分析枠組を導出することにある。
