Outline of Research at the Start

外国人高齢者ケア従事者の受け入れ枠組みは技能実習、特定技能、EPA、留学、特定活動、技人国など複雑な制度に立脚し、また送り出し国も増えている。近年の制度改革で技能形成と長期的滞在が許容されるようになり、国際労働市場は複雑になってきた。本研究は複雑化する国際労働市場の送出・受入制度分析と実態分析、人材育成とケアの質およびキャリアパスの解明、さらに結婚・出産・育児といったライフイベントと社会統合といった定着の社会経済的条件について明らかにする。質的・量的調査を通じてグローバル化するケアの時代にどのような独自のエスノスケープ・ケアスケープが形成されつつあるのか実証的に論じる。
