Outline of Research at the Start

温室効果ガス削減およびエネルギー転換の可能性を焦点に、両国の中央政府および地方自治体レベルにおける気候インテグリティ（climate integrity)の進展を被説明変数として、どのような社会政治的諸要因が気候インテグリティを高めうるのかを、先行するEUの動向も調査しながら、実証的に比較研究する。1)気候インテグリティの概念化、測定・評価方法、2)気候インテグリティを規定する重層的ガヴァナンスとしての、主要政策アクターの活動領域、および政策ネットワークの構造・実像と政策的影響力、とくに中央政府と地方自治体の関係、企業・NGOなどとの関係を環境社会学的に明らかにする。
