Outline of Research at the Start

プラットフォーム・ワーク（PW）の拡大が、雇用関係を中心としてきた「働き方」を変えつつあります。こうした変化が、資本主義社会のサステナビリティにどのような影響を与えるのか明らかにするのがこの研究の目的です。PWは、これまで「企業による雇用」中心だった社会を変え、働き手の日常生活やキャリア・人生計画を危うくしている可能性があります。その場合、雇用・社会政策は対応できるのでしょうか。本研究では、まずPW拡大の特徴を捉え、働き手に生活とキャリアについての実態調査を行います。その上で、政策的対応の国際比較を行い、資本主義的労働諸社会のサステナビリティを日本を中心に評価する予定です。
