Outline of Research at the Start

海外出身者がケア労働に従事するようになって久しい。経済連携協定（EPA）・介護・技能実習・特定技能・留学・国際結婚後の就労など、滞日形態も複雑化し、今後更なる増加が見込まれるだけでなく、滞在の長期化そして定住化が始まっている。本研究は、越境ケアワーカーを社会の構成員として位置づけ、その(1)多様化する送出受入双方の過程と制度、(2)仕事と生活、(3)定住と移動の傾向を分析する。ケア労働者のキャリアと家族の形成、そして社会への定着と内外移動の可能性を、市民権と社会統合の展開という観点から、理論と実証の両方から検討することを研究目的とする。
