Outline of Research at the Start	海外、特にイギリス、アメリカ、オーストラリアでは、国の認知症対策の中に知的障害者も包含されており、認知症支援において、知的障害があることにより必要な配慮等が医学、福祉が融合した研究が進められている。しかし日本では、研究の蓄積も少なく、国が認知症施策を進めるなど、一般の人が認知症になった際の支援の構築は進められているが、そこに知的障害者は包含されていない。そのため、生活や支援にもたらされる変化、そこから湧出する生活課題と支援方法の構築および啓発や知識の普及が十分ではない。そこで本研究は知的障害で認知症があるひとへの支援構築と支援方法の重要性の普及を目指した支援研修の構築を目的とする。
