Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は「ウクライナ戦争・戦時下及び終結後の障害者の生活状況と周辺諸国による支援と課題」を研究課題とし、ロシアによるウクライナ侵攻におけるウクライナ障害者の生活状況と周辺諸国：主にポーランドによる障害者支援について、現地調査に基づいて分析し、戦争がもたらす障害者への影響及び実情を明らかにすることを目的とする。
本研究計画は3カ年にわたり、研究Ⅰ：ウクライナ戦争・戦時下、終結後におけるウクライナの障害者の生活状況についての質的調査、研究Ⅱ：避難障害児についての教育と福祉の実情と支援状況、避難障害者については生活支援とアクセシビリティ、雇用状況等、質的調査をそれぞれ実施し課題を析出する。
