Outline of Research at the Start

福祉分野におけるスーパービジョンは、福祉サービスの質および福祉専門職の資質の向上に役立つ。しかし、わが国の福祉現場ではスーパービジョンが定着していない。本研究では、ソーシャルマーケティングの手法を用いて、職場へのスーパービジョンの導入・定着のために重要な要因を把握し、それを踏まえて組織にスーパービジョンを導入するプロジェクトを実施し、その方法や結果を評価する。また、スーパーバイザーの研修プログラムの向上もめざし、スーパービジョン導入・定着のために講ずる方策を明らかにする。
