| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では3年間の研究期間において、1）要介護者の幸福感（WB）の関連要因の同定、2）要介護者のWBが家族や介護職のWB、地域の医療介護費にもたらす影響の検証を行う。これらに基づき、3）SWB向上ケアモデルを考案し、実装戦略の検討を行う。分析は、愛知県内4市町の新規軽度要介護認定者全数約1500名への2年間の追跡調査等複数の調査データ、医療介護レセプトデータ、インタビューデータに基づき実施する。
