Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、これまでの研究で蓄積した知見を活かして簡易的調査票を開発し、これを活用したサーベイフィードバックによって教育委員会・学校単位の組織開発を支援するものである。
まず第一段階では、これまで複数地域で蓄積してきたパネルデータの分析を発展させ、教員の心身の健康や職能成長に資する学校組織やリーダーシップのあり方について実践的な知見を提示する。
そして第二段階では、第一段階で整理・提示した知見を活用して、簡易的調査票を活用した「エビデンスに基づく学校改善」の実践を展開する。これによって、個別学校単位で導入・持続が可能なサーベイフィードバックのパッケージを提示する。
