Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、現代日本の若者の「学校から職業へ」「子どもから大人へ」の移行＝トランジションについて、地域的な特徴とその背景を実証的に明らかにする。調査対象地域での質問紙調査を通じて、人びとの学校経験、職業経験、家庭生活、地域活動などを把握・整理するとともに、地域比較や背景要因の検証により、日本的なトランジション構造の地域的多様性を探索的かつ実証的に示す。結果をふまえ、人びとの意識と行動の面から、新しい日本的トランジション概念を提示することを目指す。
