Outline of Research at the Start

我が国では，保育人材の定着の難しさが問題とされており，学術的な観点からキャリア継続の促進・阻害要因の解明が行われている。中でも重視されるのが心理的ストレスに関する要因であるが，保育者に対する安定かつ継続的な心理支援の方法・仕組みの提案には至っていない。
本研究では，保育者のメンタルヘルスケアを援助するツールを開発し，これを用いた個別的／集団的介入について，無作為化比較試験による効果検証を行うことを目的とする。研究を通じて，保育者のメンタルヘルスだけでなく，キャリア継続や職場風土に対する影響も明らかにする。
