Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、WHOが提唱するヘルスプロモーティングスクールの理論的枠組みに基づき、日本の学校保健活動の評価と改善を目指す。近年、日本の青少年は肥満やメンタルヘルスの悪化など健康課題を抱えている。本研究では、これに対し、ヘルスプロモーティングスクールの枠組みを用いた日本の青少年向け健康促進プログラムの開発と効果検証、特に身体活動促進とその社会経済的健康格差への影響を検証する。本研究は、効果的な学校保健活動の実施モデルを提供し、青少年の健康改善及び健康格差是正に貢献することを目指している。
