Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の研究課題は，数量に関わる埋込み型の保育実践がどのようにして成立しえているのかを明らかにすることである。その際，資質，状況特有のスキル，保育実践の３つの次元の連続体で保育者の数量に関する専門性を捉える。これによって，暗黙知だった保育者の思考プロセスを可視化することができ，保育者自身も気づいていない自身の専門性を自覚できるようになるとともに，保護者や小学校の教師に対して埋め込み型の保育実践の意味や意義を可視化する可能性をひらくことができる。また，現状，日本の保育者を対象とした数量に関わる保育者の専門性を捉える尺度はなく，本研究を通じてそれらの尺度を整備することも目指している。
