Outline of Research at the Start

超高層居住環境の整備類型の整理（類型化）および各整備類型のこどもの成育への影響の総合的評価にもとづく比較評価が喫緊の課題となっている。こどもの成育環境形成上の優位性が認められる整備類型はどのようなものかを、評価指標を明示してあらかじめ明らかにする必要がある。本研究はこのような課題認識のもと、整備類型別事例における超高層居住環境の総合的評価（優位性評価）および評価要因（整備類型、住棟まわり空間構成比など）の解明を試みるものである。開発計画の指針作成、公共的な住宅政策判断等に客観的な基礎情報が提供できると期待される。
