Outline of Research at the Start

小学校高学年から中学生期に焦点を当て，レジリエンシー（精神的回復力）を育成することによって，うつや自殺などのメンタルヘルスの問題や，いじめ，暴力，薬物乱用などの危険行動を防止することを目指す一次予防としてのメンタルヘルスプロモーションプログラムを開発し，その有効性を検証する。
