| Outline of Research at the Start |
現在、学校現場では、学校の小規模化や教師の年齢構成がいびつになっている。そのため、学校間連携によって、教師の体育授業の知識と信念を育成する必要性が高まってきている。そこで、本研究の目的は、(1)申請者らが開発し国内外に紹介した体育授業に関する教師の知識と信念を形成する校内研修プログラムとしての体育授業研究をオンラインシステムを活用したものへ進化すること、(2)学校内で継続的で協働的な体育授業の研修が困難なへき地を含む中四国地方と北海道地方の教師のネットワーク化されたコミュニティに専門職の学習共同体の展開をめざすことの2点である。
