Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、高等学校において、発達障害のある生徒が自身の進路希望と適性を勘案した、よりよいキャリア意思決定を行えるようにするための支援のあり方を検討することを目的とする。そのために、企業や高等学校等への調査を行うとともに、調査結果を踏まえ、発達障害のある生徒のキャリア意思決定を支える教員向け研修教材を作成し、学校現場に還元する。
