Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、大学生の議論において、心理的安全性と建設的批判力を両立させ、双方の向上を図るための学習支援の方法、学習支援システムの開発である。

互いに批判しあいながらアイデアを創造していくことが建設的議論には必須だが、学生は、他者から批判されることに傷つき、それ故に他者を批判することを回避してしまう。この問題の解消には、安心して発言できる心理的安全性の醸成が必要である。ただし、心理的安全性のみでは、相互批判とそれに基づくアイデアの創造は起こらない。そこで本研究では、大学生の議論において心理的安全性と建設的批判力を統合的に向上させる学習環境の構築を目指す。
