Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、日本の大学物理講義においてアクティブ・ラーニング（AL）型教授法への変革を推進するために、教員間にメンター制を導入することによって学生、教員、そして物理教育界に及ぼす効果を検証する。本研究が拠り所とするのは、①前研究で開発したAL型大学物理初年次用教科書（2024年秋出版予定）、及び②メンター制とレッスンスタディ及び物理教育シンポジウムの連動による多面的な教員支援体制の構築である。効果検証は質問紙調査、授業評価指標を用いた調査、インタビュー調査などによって行う。
